After almost 8 years of wedding planning, I’ve created a wedding planning package that I consider to be “The Signature” option. From my experience, this option includes everything you need from a wedding planner. We work together to bring your wedding day vision to life with ease. It is a balance of thoughtful planning, shared creativity, and efficient organization.

what’s included?

  • Shared Google Sheet with custom tabs that are specific to your wedding day needs. This includes a budget, guest list, processional order, “to-do” list, vendor details, etc.

  • Creation of complete wedding day timeline.

  • Vendor communication and management.

  • Attendance at final vendor meetings as requested (floral, venue, band, photographer, etc.)

  • Creation of aesthetic mood board for your wedding design details.

  • Creation of aesthetic timeline to share with family and wedding party.

  • 1 hour of ceremony rehearsal support

  • 12 hours of wedding day support

  • 6-8 hours of additional support from an assistant (as needed)
